Company Policies
- We have the right to refuse any commission, for any reason whatsoever.
- We are a small custom shop, as such all pieces are made by hand and are placed in the queue as they are received. Please have patience after you order as it can take up to 8 weeks before you receive your items.
- Since all orders are custom made, we only accept returns on "Stock" items. These are items without custom ornamentation or unique size requirements. If you order a piece with either custom carving, painting, or non-standard sizing, we will not accept a return.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the initial complaint. Items received after this time will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer.
- Upon receipt of your return, it will be evaluated for damage by our staff. If we determine that the item has been damaged, we will not accept the return.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Every piece is guarenteed on it's construction and hardware. We realize that some pieces of hardware will occasionally fail, or a seam will accidently rip. We will replace any such failures free of charge.
